Ordered a belt that was too small due to my own fault, had a lovely person named Brunilda at customer service got back to me very quickly and had a swap sorted and instructed for me straight away, the belt is really nice, very high quality, worth every penny, I put myself in a stressful situation but customer service made everything so easy for me! Can't thank them enough!
Recently i have bought from your online store my new pair of shoes and should say that i was really satisfied by my order, starting from fast delievery ending with a high quality of a product. The girl from contact centre told me everything about my order and also made for me a good discount. Recommended this brand!
Hello everyone! I want to tell my experience with Gucci. For a year I have been watching the Gucci small Marmont flap bag. Seeing this, my beautiful husband decided to give me this bag for the birthday of my eldest son (he is 10 years old) I live 3 miles from the Gucci store and always buy everything I need there, I want to notice ALWAYS THIS IS A GREAT EXPERIENCE! And so back to the bag! I was about to go to the Gucci store for my long-awaited charm, when I saw on the Gucci website a wonderful gift with any purchase and this is a cotton shopping bag that is attached to ANY purchase except for ties. I loved this extra bag! Very convenient for the beach in my opinion. So I decided to buy a bag on the Gucci website. Once again, I will note that I live 3 miles from the Gucci store. And only one reason to order from the site is a cotton shopping bag! I made a purchase on Monday 04/05/2021, I received it on Friday 04/09/2021 AND IT WAS POSITIVE TO Tears. I have a video of me opening the box (I really really wanted this bag) Then I took pictures. The shipping box contained one sad magnetic little green box and an envelope with a returnable sticker. There were no protective air bags (Even my stuff from Amazon comes with air bags!) No COTTON BAG! It looked so poor! To be honest, it was a SHOCK for $ 2400! I love so much everything from Gucci! But my love at that moment gave a huge crack. I looked at the green small magnetic box and could not understand WHAT IS IT? I recently bought another Gucci belt and it is in exactly the same size green magnetic box! I thought maybe this is a mistake and this is not my bag? But no, it was the bag I ordered! Placed In the old version white "dust bag" and the bag was just pushed into a box that was too small for the bag! The bag itself was unprotected, only a little protection remained on the chain and there was paper inside. I'm 100% sure that this was a returned bag, which they did not bother to bring back to its original shape and look. They just threw the bag into the old version white dust bag, then shoved it into the box from the belt and threw it into the shipping box with an envelope on top. And this is what I wanted YEAR for $ 2400?! I hope you understand how heartbroken was I that moment! With shaking hands, I started calling the Gucci customer service. I've explained the situation to Cindy and she confirmed that it was not normal and also asked if there were any cotton shopping bags in stock. Yes! They just decided not to add it to my order! Cindy was very sweet and helped as much as she could. Here's the confirmation I received with her signature "Gucci works on your behalf to resolve your claim and will make every effort to provide a resolution as promptly as possible. Warehouse claims can take 3-7 business days from the day we receive your request. "
But after the conversation, as you understand, I was confused and waiting for the consideration of a new packaging for a bag and a cotton bag.
No time to waste, because my $2400 was spent fo the thing I didn't want to have any longer, I decided to take it all and go to my Gucci store, I wanted to solve the problem now! I even realized that if they couldn't help me in the Gucci store, I would just give it back in the store (return it). I didn't need this particular bag anymore. And so I with two children 10 and 2 years old and the shipping box went to the Costa Mesa Gucci store. At the entrance to the store, Amanda came to my aid, from that moment on I believed in Gucci again! Amanda is incredible! After listening to me, she immediately took it all and took out the bag that she opened in front of my eyes from the sealed bag, inside there was a bag with full protection and a new version of the dust bag. Then everything was packed very nicely for me in a LARGE BOX! Packed in nice paper. By the way, the new version of the packaging is just amazing. I like the old version too, but this new version is just a new level. And I left the store in a completely different mood! THANKS AGAIN Amanda! It was very easy and pleasant dealing with you! Now I am just waiting for the DECISION of my cotton bag that I still want to receive. Amanda helped me not to be disappointed in Gucci, but the online store has not considered my request, so I'm still waiting and frustrated by the online Gucci store. When the issue with the cotton bag is resolved, I will definitely update this review and let you know how everything ended up.
Update 04.15 Everything was done incredibly quickly! I have a new box and a cotton bag. THANKS TO ALL Gucci staff! Everything is perfect now!

I bought the sneakers from the 5th Avenue Flagship Store and received the incorrect size. I didn't realise it until I got home, so I called the store to inform them that I had been given the incorrect size. So the right pair was put on hold for me, and we decided that I would pick it up the next morning. When I arrived to pick up my shoes, they said they couldn't find them, so the associate searched the system and found that another associate had sold my on-hold sneakers, so I talked to a manager. They tried to persuade me to buy the shoes online, despite the fact that I was going on vacation the following week. They assured me that it would arrive on schedule. I said no, I'd like them to get it from another company and I'll pick it up. They placed the order with another store to get it shipped and said they'd contact me. After four days, no one had contacted me, so I called the store.
My granddaughter has a green snake-skin Gucci bracelet. It didn't hold up well, and she now refuses to wear it. The insignia is tarnished gold. I've always liked Gucci, but it does seem to be tattered. Could you please assist Grandma? You can contact me via email. The bracelet was given to me as a present. Thank you so much.
I am very disappointed with the service received from Gucci. I asked if they could repair a handbag strap on a 5-year old bag at my own expense, and after several emails was told that this would not be possible. Very patronising response, followed by a survey in response to which I received a phone call today “seeking to restore my trust in the company by assuring me that they took my words seriously”! How comforting. I was also advised not to get the strap replaced as it would “immediately devalue the item”. Not to me, it wouldn’t, as the bag would once again be functional and would not look scruffy! Had they offered a discount on my next purchase I would have been more impressed. As it is they have lost a customer.
Bought a scarf March 2020, hardly used and took it out of its box in October and already had a hole in! Sent an email to Gucci and lots of back and forth but didn’t really want to know ! Pushed it further and ended up getting it sent to be looked at in Italy ???????? said it was my fault it was damaged and sent it back.
Not the expected customer service for such an expensive item! I won’t be buying anything Gucci again as the quality is terrible ! You would at least expect it to last a few years.
My partner brought 7 Gucci scarfs as Christmas gifts. One needed to be exchanged for a different colour so we called and arranged it. One month and three calls later the scarf is still sitting by the door waiting collection. Gucci customer service promise to call back with a dedicated collection date after apologies for the service provided to date, but two days later I’m still none the wiser. I verbalised my dissatisfaction and requested that in way of apology they consider releasing the scarf we are exchanging for while they arrange the return to prevent further delay, I was advised that due to their polices there is zero chance of this and none has ever been compensated by Gucci. I have to say for such a prestigious company I was a little a taken back by the lack of help from the customer service team, I found them to be not only patronising to speak to but also dismissive of my complaint. I think some serious customer service training is required, it’s such a shame to provide a beautiful product but to lose customers through ignorance.
I visited the Sydney flagship store to buy a gift for my partner and the service I received from Tessie was 5 star all the way, she was extremely professional and polite, total service with a smile. Thank you Tessie and team Gucci, you made my shopping experience a memorable one.
Very good customer service. Right away you have someone in the chat who helps you with everything you need. I had to change a size and the customer service is excellent, being just a chat.
I purchased a belt that was too big. I was able to arrange for an exchange over the phone immediately and the collection service DHL picked up the parcel. Despite new Brexit Regulations and Corona restrictions this took only a week! I then purchased a pouche and card holder that came within 2 days and I love them!
